Within three miles of all three world class Park City Resorts and minutes away from Main Street, it is the ideal location to enjoy premier ski and outdoor recreation, as well as to experience Sundance Film Festival. The property’s ballroom transforms into a theater venue for movie showings during the film festival.

Our 11,837 sq. ft. of event space includes the Summit Ballroom featuring 15 ft ceilings with 5,100 sq ft of unobstructed event space. It can be broken down into 3 sections hosting up to 300 guests. Additional meeting rooms include Mountain View, Ivers Hearst and Kearns rooms are perfect breakout spaces with stunning mountain views. The Judge and Alpine rooms are perfect for smaller executive meetings. The hotel also offers ample pre-function space for exhibitors, breaks and buffets.
